This is how Redova Studio treats personal information on this website. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who we are
This website is run by Redova Studio (“we”, “us”), a creative and technology studio. You can reach us at info@redovastudio.com.
What we collect
This site asks you for information in two places only: the project enquiry form and the form for booking a free discovery call. In the enquiry form that is:
- your full name and email address (needed, so that we can reply);
- your company name and website address, if you give them;
- the services you are interested in and an approximate budget range, if you choose them;
- the details of your project.
- In the booking form it is your full name and email address (needed, to confirm the call and send you the meeting link), the day and time you choose and your timezone, your company name if you give it, and a note about what you would like to talk about if you write one.
How we use it
We use what you send to read your enquiry and to reply to you about your project. If you book a call, we use it to confirm the time with you, to email you the meeting link and to hold the call. The site does not add you to a mailing list, and it does not use your details for anything else.
Where it goes
When you send the form, the site passes it on to us by email, through an email delivery service (Resend). The site does not keep a copy of your enquiry: it is not stored in a database. The copy that reaches our inbox is kept for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation.
When you book a call, the site emails you the meeting link a few minutes before the call and tells us about the booking. If the studio’s calendar is not connected to the site (see below), it also emails you a confirmation, with a calendar file, straight away. Once the call is booked, an “Add to calendar” button on the page opens Google Calendar in a new window with the time of the call filled in; that happens only if you click it, and Google then handles it under its own policy. These emails go through the same email delivery service; the one with the link is held by that service until shortly before the call. The site does not keep a copy of your booking: it is not stored in a database. If the studio’s Google Calendar is connected to the site, the booking is also added to that calendar as an event with a Google Meet link, and Google emails you (and us) an invitation: Google then receives your name, email address, the time you chose and, if you wrote one, your company and note. To show you only free times, the site also asks the calendar when it is busy (only the times, never what is in them). Google handles this under its own policy and may do so in other countries. The call itself is held on an online meeting service (Google Meet, or the one the link in your email points to); that service handles what it needs to run the call, under its own policy.
Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, which handles technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to serve the site and keep it secure. Our providers may handle this information in other countries.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies of its own. A cookie choice appears when you first arrive. Until you accept, nothing that measures your visit is loaded.
If you accept, we use Meta Pixel (Meta, for Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics (Google) to see how people find and use the site, and to measure our marketing. Meta and Google then set their own cookies and collect information about your visit: the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and, for Meta, how you interact with our ads. They may use it for their own reporting and for showing ads. We do not send them your name, email address or the details of an enquiry.
To remember your choice, the site keeps it in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
If you choose Necessary only or Decline, these tags are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, and you can delete cookies in your browser or manage ads in the settings of Meta and Google.
We check this site with Google Search Console, which shows how the site appears in Google Search. It does not follow visitors.
Our editors use an admin area at /keystatic to update the projects shown on this site. When an editor signs in there with GitHub, that area sets the cookies that keep them signed in (GitHub access and refresh tokens). Visitors never need it.
It links to our profiles on other services, such as Instagram and Facebook. If you follow those links you are on their sites, under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@redovastudio.com and we will answer you.
Your rights (UK and EEA)
Redova Studio is the controller of the information described in this policy. Contact us at info@redovastudio.com about it.
We use what you send in the enquiry form to answer you and to prepare any proposal you ask for, and what you send in the booking form to arrange and hold the call you ask for. That is necessary to take steps at your request before we agree a project, and we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To use these rights, write to info@redovastudio.com.
Meta and Google may process information about your visit outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States, under the transfer arrangements they publish for their services.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority in your country of the EEA.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will change this page and the date at the top of it.
